Sadly, I do not remember when I started this piece as I didn't write it down because I got somewhat lax with my cross stitch after I finished the Queens. I believe that it was sometime in the fall of 2004. It is my "travel piece" which means that it stays in it's little bag and goes with me on trip. I completed the lower half of the castle on our week long trip to New Mexixo in June 2005. So, I know that it was started before that. It will be awhile before I finish it since I only work on it away from the house.
